Watermelon Revolution

Watermelon Revolution is the creation of Marko Pocta, aka Markoman, a guitarist and bandleader from Virginia Beach. Performing Caribbean rhythms with the laid-back style of Harry Belafonte, Bob Marley, and Jimmy Buffett, this fun four-piece band also features lead vocalist and percussionist Alex Adams from NYC by way of Barbados. He's an exuberant entertainer who performs songs from Keb'Mo' to Marley to Hendrix. With a background in reggae and R&B, Chicagoan Andy Constantini shares lead vocals and thrives on bass guitar and harmonica. Originally from Cornwall, England drummer Robert Manuel has played on cruise ships all over the world. Expect to hear the sounds of the islands…and a few other surprises.
